The images below show the recent off tool parts and tool for the interior trim chimsel holder. The tool was made in 10 weeks, and is ready for texture approval by Jaguar.

This is another example of our pre-production tooling.
The images below show the structural part and tool. The part originally was a metal casting and was redesigned to make it toolable for plastic injection moulding. Due to this redesign we made the tool in 4 weeks and supplied 30 parts to fully finished condition for testing using the production intent glass filled material and the aid of moldflow simulation to determine best feed position and number of gates.
